Who we are

What we collect and why

The enquiry form sends nothing to a server. When you click the button, your own email app opens with the message ready, and you send it yourself. Nothing you type is stored by this website.

We use your message, name, email address and phone number only to reply and to arrange your stay.

If you message or call us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp’s (Meta’s) privacy policy also applies to that conversation.

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes visitors' IP addresses in short-lived logs for security and delivery. Cloudflare also records anonymous visit statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics): which pages are opened, how fast they load, the browser type and the country. It uses no cookies, does not store your IP address and builds no visitor profiles.

What we do not use

We use no cookies, ads or ad tracking. Fonts load from our own server and we embed no maps, so your browser sends no requests to Google or anyone else when you visit. The “Open in Google Maps”, directions and WhatsApp links open those services only when you click them.

How long we keep data

We keep enquiries as long as we need them to reply and for your stay. Invoicing data is kept as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected, deleted or its processing restricted, to object, and to data portability. Write to us at the email address above. If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the Information Commissioner of Slovenia (ip-rs.si).
